These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, form the complete agreement between you and BDG Play.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of the BDG Play platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, that you understand them fully, and that you agree to be legally bound by them along with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of any organization or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms and that the entity agrees to be bound accordingly.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the BDG Play website and application and must not register or create an account.

The BDG Play platform is strictly available to users who are 18 years of age or older. This age requirement is absolute and applies without any exceptions under any circumstance.

By registering an account on BDG Play, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are legally eligible to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your region. You also confirm that your participation in online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of your specific state, union territory, or region in India.

BDG Play reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed. If we discover that an account was registered by a person under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and any balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

You agree to use the BDG Play platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Using the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the platform in any way that is not through the normal user interface provided.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions, including initiating false payment disputes or chargebacks after receiving services.
• Posting, sharing, or distributing harmful, defamatory, or misleading content related to BDG Play on any platform.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract source code from any part of the BDG Play platform.
• Using the platform in a way that interferes with or disrupts the service for other users.

BDG Play reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these prohibitions and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent termination, and reporting to relevant authorities.

To access the full features of BDG Play, you must register an account using a valid Indian mobile number. You are permitted to hold only one registered account on BDG Play. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts associated with the same individual.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

You must notify BDG Play immediately at support@bdgplay.pro if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach affecting your account. BDG Play is not responsible for losses that result from unauthorized access where the user has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

All information you provide during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration may result in permanent account closure without refund of any wallet balance.

Deposits into your BDG Play wallet are processed through secure third-party payment gateways that support Indian payment methods including UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method you have designated and verified on your account. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

BDG Play processes withdrawals within the estimated timeframes shown in our App Guide. Actual processing time may vary depending on payment method, transaction volume, and any verification requirements that may apply to your account.

BDG Play reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks or request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests as a fraud prevention measure. Refusal to provide requested documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account review.

Unless otherwise clearly indicated, all content on the BDG Play platform — including but not limited to text, game interfaces, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, software code, and data — is the intellectual property of BDG Play and/or its licensors. All rights are fully reserved.

You are permitted to access and view platform content for your own personal and non-commercial use only. The following are strictly prohibited without prior written permission from BDG Play:

• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any platform content in any medium or format.
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on platform content.
• Using BDG Play branding, logos, or trademarks without explicit written permission.
• Scraping, crawling, or harvesting data from the platform by any automated method.

Any unauthorized use of BDG Play intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action under applicable Indian intellectual property law.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "User Content" refers to any material you submit, upload, or share through any channel associated with BDG Play — including support emails, feedback, social media interactions, or any other communication addressed to the platform.

By submitting any User Content to BDG Play, you confirm that the content is your own original work or that you have the legal right to submit it, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights.

You grant BDG Play a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and reference any User Content you submit for the purpose of operating the platform, improving our services, and responding to your communications. BDG Play will not use personal User Content publicly without your consent.

BDG Play reserves the right to review and remove any submitted content that is found to be harmful, unlawful, misleading, or in violation of these Terms at its discretion and without prior notice.

The BDG Play platform, website, and application are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BDG Play makes no representations or warranties of any kind — whether express, implied, or statutory — regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform or any content available on it.

In particular, BDG Play does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available without interruption or errors, that defects will be corrected immediately, or that the platform is free from viruses or other harmful components. You accept full responsibility for any risk associated with your use of the platform.

Nothing on the BDG Play platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or any other form of professional advice. All game participation decisions are made entirely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BDG Play — including its team, affiliates, partners, and service providers — shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, whether or not BDG Play has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

This limitation of liability includes but is not limited to losses arising from game outcomes, platform downtime, payment processing errors, unauthorized account access, data loss, or any reliance on information provided on the platform.

In all circumstances, BDG Play's total liability to any user for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their BDG Play wallet in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless BDG Play and its team, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — that arise from or are related to your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your misuse of the platform, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and the discontinuation of your use of the platform.

If any provision or part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by any court or competent authority under applicable law, that provision will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to be valid, binding, and fully enforceable as if the invalidated provision had never been included.

BDG Play reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When significant changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes. Your continued use of the BDG Play platform after any revisions to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

For changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, BDG Play will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through in-platform notifications or by email to your registered contact details, where applicable.

BDG Play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including payment fraud, identity fraud, or manipulation of game systems.
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Discovery that a user is under 18 years of age.
• Use of the platform in a region where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• Any activity that disrupts the platform's normal operation or negatively affects other users.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents when lawfully requested by BDG Play.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting BDG Play support at support@bdgplay.pro. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed for withdrawal to your designated payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

If any dispute arises between you and BDG Play, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to the appropriate legal jurisdiction as described above.
